Just trying to think of more "funny" comics. This one popped into my mind. It sounds like statute of limitations, which means a time limit on legal punishment has expired.
The STATUE of limitations is a statue depicting an unfortunate, bald man with no legs, no hands, and apparently no tongue. How unfortunate for us that a statue like this doesn't actually exist... to my knowledge.
I think this statue reminds us that things could always be much, MUCH worse.
